Grapevine Wreath

Scripture to Live By:
Joshua 1:8,9
"This Book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth. but you shall meditate in it day and night that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.  Have not I commanded you? Be strong and of a good courage do not be afraid nor dismayed for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."

Craft Post:
I needed a wreath for my door and so I looked around to see my possibilities.
I took some grapevines from my yard and various artificial flowers and berries, I had on hand, that would blend with the door color and started making a wreath.  I rolled an intertwined the vines in the shape of a wreath.  I trimmed off what needed to be be removed.

I measured where the center of the vine was and began placing the berries on each side and wiring  them to the wreath.

I used various  colors of artificial flowers and berries. I wired and glued them in place.

I continued this process until the I had filled the bottom half of the wreath with flowers. and
made  a hanger for the wreath out of wire, the wreath was ready to hang.

The wreath can be hung in various directions as seen above and below.

The wreath being finished, I hung it on the door.  Ah, I like that!

I placed  a small velvet pillow in the center of the wreath.

The wreath is a reminder to all who come to my door that they are never alone, that the Lord is with us no matter where we go.

This wreath cost me very little.  I used things I had on hand.  You do not have to spend a lot of money on making something.  Just look around and see things you have and be creative.  Hope you like it,   I do.
